ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Housing Authority of Savannah has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for its Architectural & Engineering Services for a maximum period of five (5) fiscal years beginning with Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2012 and ending with Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2016.

The Housing Authority of Savannah will receive responses to the RFQ at 1407 Wheaton Street until 3:00 p.m. on August 18, 2011.

Follow the instructions provided here for registration and access to the RFQ which is being administratively processed on the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials electronic procurement website named the NAHRO e-Procurement Marketplace.

  2. Enter your company name and click on “Search Companies”
  3. If no company was found, click on “Click here to create a new one”. (If your company was found, follow instructions to sign up as a salesperson for your company. You will submit your information and the contact person that had signed up previously for your company will be sent an email to verify your information, you will then be emailed a password.) If that salesperson listed in no longer with the company, contact customer support 1-866-526-9266
  4. Fill out all required fields with information about your company on the first page, check off the commodity code for “Architectural & Engineering Services” on the next page. Once you receive a thank you for registering page, click on “Continue”.
  5. Enter your email address and password in the upper left hand corner of the page to enter the Housing Authority of Savannah’s marketplace. (Save this page in your favorites, as this is where you will always login.) You will be prompted to check a site usage agreement before entering the Authority Marketplace. Once you check this box and hit submit, you will then be allowed to enter.
  6. If our Housing Authority comes up when you enter our marketplace, click on the request and follow instructions. If you enter on any other page, click on scan solicitations by agency on the left hand menu area, locate and click on our Housing Authority. From there you will be able view any current IFB’s/RFP’s/RFQ’s along with directions on how to download documents and how to submit your response.
  7. If you have any questions pertaining to our marketplace, feel free to call customer support at 1-866-526-9266. They are available from 8AM Eastern to 5PM Pacific Monday through Friday (except holidays).

The Housing Authority of Savannah has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its Bad Debt Collection Services for a maximum period of five (5) fiscal years beginning with Calendar Year 2012 and ending with Calendar Year 2016.

The Housing Authority of Savannah will receive responses to the RFP through an internet based bid/proposal system until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2011.

Follow the instructions provided here for registration and access to the RFP which is being administratively processed on the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials electronic procurement website named the NAHRO e-Procurement Marketplace.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – MASTER DEVELOPER

The Housing Authority of Savannah (HAS) is seeking statements of qualifications from interested development teams for the design, development, implementation, and management of Phase V of the Sustainable Fellwood mixed-finance development in Savannah, GA. Phase Five is the proposed mixed-use component of the development to consist of retail, commercial, office space and if feasible market rate residential condominiums.
