DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF METAL BUILDINGS

The Housing Authority of Savannah (HAS) is requesting sealed proposals from licensed, qualified and experienced contractors to design and install metal buildings in various neighborhoods for the Housing Authority of Savannah.

Sealed responses to this solicitation will be received by the Housing Authority of Savannah (HAS) until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2008.

Deliver four (4) complete sets (one original clearly marked or stamped “original”, and three (3) copies) of the required submittals, in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the words “RFP Documents”, to the following address:

All responses submitted are subject to these Instructions and Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, general and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained herein, all of which are made a part of this Request for Proposals by reference.

The Housing Authority of Savannah reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to waive any informalities in the submission process if it be in the public best interest to do so.

The Housing Authority of Savannah (HAS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide HAS services for property viability and sustainability assessment services for various properties and neighborhoods owned by HAS.
