The Housing Authority conducts monthly board meetings and the public is invited.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Housing Authority of Savannah’s regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners take place the first Wednesday of the month at 12:00 PM at the HAS Neighborhood Resource Center, 1407 Wheaton Street, Savannah, GA. The Annual Meeting, for the election of officers, is held immediately following the May meeting. Please note that the first meeting of the year is scheduled for the second week of January. Copies of the monthly agenda are available at the receptionist’s desk or can be obtained by clicking on the respective Board Meeting dates the Friday prior to the meeting

The Housing Authority of Savannah is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners. The Board is appointed by the City Council to five year terms. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at 12:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend. It is requested that anyone who desires to address the Board of Commissioners contact the Executive Director at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in order that his/her concerns can be placed on the agenda. However, anyone requesting to speak at the meeting will have the opportunity at a time preceding adjournment of the meeting.
